Promotion Period: 00:01 on 01/01/2026 to 23:59 on 31/03/2026.
How to Enter: Receive one entry for every £100 spent on uk.worx.com during the Promotion Period. You must also be subscribed to the Worx UK Newsletter and must submit the entry form on the promotional landing page with all required details. Retain proof of purchase.
Main Prize: A 2-night trip for 2 adults to Madrid in May 2026, including:
• Return economy flights from a London airport (at Promoter’s discretion)
• Hotel accommodation (double/twin room)
• Dinners only (no other meals)
• €500 spending money
• 2× VIP tickets to Real Madrid vs Athletic Bilbao on Sunday 24 May 2026 (date and kick-off time subject to change).
Travel insurance not included. Passport/visa requirements are the responsibility of winner/guest.

- Eligibility
2.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Multiple entries per person permitted, based on spend.
2.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or any party professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible. “Immediate family” means spouse/partner, parents, siblings, children and their respective partners.
2.4 Participation via agents, third-party entries, organised groups, or automated systems is prohibited.
2.5 Eligible purchases must be made on uk.worx.com during the Promotion Period. Retain your purchase invoice/receipt for validation.
2.6 The winner must provide valid identification proving age and eligibility. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
2.7 If a participant is found to have entered using multiple identities or accounts, or is otherwise ineligible, all related entries will be void.
- Promotion Period
The Promotion Period runs from 00:01 on 01/01/2026 to 23:59 on 31/03/2026 (UK time).
- How to Enter
4.1 Receive one (1) entry for every £100 spent on uk.worx.com during the Promotion Period.
4.2 You must also:
• be subscribed to the Worx UK Newsletter (marketing consent collected separately), and
• submit the online entry form by 23:59 on 31/03/2026, providing: first name, surname, date of birth, email address, order details and confirmation of acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
4.3 All mandatory fields must be completed accurately. Invalid, incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
4.4 Entry is free apart from the cost of eligible purchases.
- Prize Draw
Main Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 2-night trip to Madrid in May 2026 for them and one (1) adult guest (18+), including:
• Return economy flights from a London airport (as selected by the Promoter).
• Hotel accommodation (double or twin room).
• Dinners only (no breakfasts, lunches or additional meals).
• €500 spending money.
• VIP tickets for Real Madrid vs Athletic Bilbao at the Santiago Bernabéu on Sunday 24 May 2026 (date/kick-off subject to change).
Conditions
• Winner and guest must travel together.
• No changes permitted after booking confirmation.
• Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of winner and guest.
• Prize excludes personal expenses, travel within the UK, airport transfers, and incidental charges.
• Passport/visa compliance is the responsibility of winner and guest. Passport must meet relevant validity requirements.
• Flights are not eligible for loyalty points and cannot be combined with any promotional offers.
• All prize elements must be taken as part of the same trip.
• If the winner chooses not to participate in any activity, no compensation will be provided.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• If any component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 One winner will be drawn at random on 1 April 2026.
6.2 The Promoter will notify the winner by email within 5 working days.
6.3 The winner must respond within 10 days of the notification email. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
6.4 The winner must provide guest details and verification information upon request.
- Booking Process
7.1 Once accepted, the winner’s details will be provided to the Organiser acting as booking agent.
7.2 The Organiser will coordinate trip dates and arrangements with the winner.
7.3 All components (accommodation, restaurants, tours) are subject to availability.
7.4 Once booked, the trip cannot be changed by the winner.
7.5 The prize will be forfeited if:
• required travel documents are not provided by the deadline;
• immigration restrictions prevent travel;
• medical, legal or other personal circumstances prevent participation.
- Conduct, Accommodation & Travel
8.1 A valid credit/debit card may be required at hotel check-in for incidentals.
8.2 Lounge passes, upgrades or amendments are not permitted.
8.3 The winner is responsible for their own and their guest’s behaviour. The Promoter or Organiser may refuse participation if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive.
- Delays & Cancellations
9.1 The Promoter is not liable if the match, flights or any part of the trip is cancelled, rescheduled or delayed for reasons outside its control.
9.2 If the winner cannot travel for personal reasons (including visa issues), no alternative prize will be provided.
- Insurance
Winner and guest are responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance at their own expense.
- Fraud & Abuse
Fraudulent, bulk or automated entries will be void. The Promoter may suspend or disqualify participants who abuse the promotion.
- Data Protection
12.1 The Promoter is the Data Controller.
12.2 Personal data submitted for the Prize Draw will be processed under the lawful basis of performance of a contract (i.e., administering the draw and awarding the prize).
12.3 Newsletter subscription is voluntary and processed on separate consent, which can be withdrawn at any time without affecting your participation.
12.4 Data will be processed in the UK and not transferred outside the UK/EEA.
12.5 The Organiser acts as Data Processor to administer the prize.
12.6 Data will be retained only for as long as required to administer the prize and meet legal obligations.

- Publicity
13.1 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity.
13.2 If you object to your details being published, contact: [email protected]
13.3 Even if you object, the Promoter may still provide winner information to the ASA upon request.
- Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage or expense arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except as required by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- General
15.1 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
15.2 The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request for one month after the Promotion Period.
15.3 If any part of the promotion cannot run as planned, the Promoter may modify or cancel it as necessary.
15.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
