How long do I have to return my product if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from the point of receiving your order, to return your product for a full refund. If you wish to do this, please contact our customer service team, within this time frame, to organise a return. This contact point can be found here:

My product is faulty what do I do?
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty within the first 30 days of receiving it, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to organise a replacement or refund for you. If the product is older than 30 days (but still within the 2 or 3 year warranty), please contact our after sales team and they will be able to assist you. Both contact points can be found here:

How do I register my product/s for the extended warranty?
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to register your product for the extended warranty (3 years). To do this, you will need to fill out this form . Please note your serial number will start ‘301’ or ‘302’ and will be found on a black sticker on the body of your product. A payment has been taken by Calicantus – is this normal?
Our transactions are carried out by Calicantus srl on behalf of POSITEC® UK AND IRELAND Ltd.

Can I exchange my item for something else?
If the item is faulty within the first 30 days, we can exchange it for a new version of the original item you ordered. If you change your mind and want a different model, you will need to return your order for a full refund, and then place a new order for the model you want

Do you offer free postage?
We offer free DPD delivery on all of our products, except orders to the following postcodes, where a £9.99 delivery fee will be added at checkout – PH, IV, KW, BT, IM, KA, PA, ZE

Do you offer free return postage?
Free return postage or collection from your home address, is only offered if the product is faulty. If you choose to return your product for any other reason, you will need to cover the postage costs. All information on this will provided when you contact our customer service team, requesting to return your product

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you get notified via email, that your order is shipped, it will arrive within 48 hours. If you provide your mobile number when you place your order, DPD will text you with your tracking number. They will also text you on the morning of delivery with your 1 hour delivery time slot.

What if I order a WG743E.1, WG761E or a WG749E or my total order weight is over 30KG?
Due to DPD’s weight limit for deliveries being 30kg, if you order any of the above products, or you order multiple items that total weight exceeds 30kg, we will be sending your order via a courier service. We aim to still dispatch your order within the same time period, however, please allow a few extra days for delivery in these cases. The driver will call you 30 minutes before delivery and please ensure your address is accessible by lorry, if you’re ordering any of these items. If you’re unsure which service your order will be sent with, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you with this.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
We do ship to Northern Ireland. Please allow up to 2 extra working days for your order to arrive to these addresses

Is there anywhere you don’t ship to?
Currently we don’t offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey
