1. Make a purchase on uk.worx.com in all categories except accessories (products identified by the WA codes)
2. Complete this form within 48 hours of purchasing if you find a lowest price for the product bought in one of the following retailers:

- • B&Q
- • Very
- • Littlewoods
- • eBay – Official Worx Shop
Amazon is excluded from this list of retailers. No claim on the lowest price compared to the Amazon price will be considered.
3. Our team will respond within two working days, verifying if the rate meets all of the terms and conditions. Once confirmed the order will be partially refunded in order to match the lower rate, on the same payment method used for placing the order.
If the rate does not meet all the terms and conditions, within the same time frame, an email will be sent to you explaining which conditions did not apply.
Best Price Guaranteed verification applies to publicly viewable sources, direct ecommerce links and not price comparison websites. It does not apply towards website comparisons that have restricted access requiring some type of previous identification, nor to offers exclusively given to businesses, loyalty clubs, or through point programs.
In the case of changes to prices on our website and booking engine before your purchase, with a public price that corresponds to the lowest price for all customers on the site, no special discount will be granted.
