Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions

No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. Entry is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By entering, you agree to be bound by them.
- Organiser
The Prize Draw is organised by Positec (UK & Ireland) Limited (Company No. 03998785), with its registered office at Hill House, 1 Little New Street, London, EC4A 3TR (the “Promoter”). - Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone else professionally associated with the competition. - How to Enter
Entry must be made via the official Worx UK social media accounts. Entry methods may vary per competition post and can include actions such as liking, commenting, following, and sharing content. Please refer to the specific giveaway post for full entry details. Unless otherwise stated, each participant may enter once per draw. - Prize Details and Draw Period
Prize(s) and entry period(s) will be detailed in each individual giveaway post. Only entries submitted within the stated period will be eligible. Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable computer process from all valid entries received during the relevant draw period. - Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via the social media post or messaging system used to enter, typically within 24 hours of the draw closing. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours (or as otherwise stated in the post), the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. - Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 5–21 working days), subject to availability and external conditions such as holidays or courier delays. Delivery details must be provided by the winner within the specified timeframe or the prize may be forfeited. - Prize Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
- Images of prizes used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only; actual prizes may vary in colour, design or specification.
- Winners are responsible for any additional costs incurred that are not explicitly included in the prize description.
- Prize Issues or Damages
Upon receipt, winners should inspect the prize and report any issues or damage within 30 days. Proof may be required. If eligible, a replacement may be arranged at the Promoter’s discretion. - Disqualification and Replacement
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or winner for breach of these Terms or failure to respond in a timely manner and may select an alternative winner. - Prize Availability
If a stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value. - Cancellation or Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, without liability. - Personal Data
Any personal data submitted will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. Information will only be shared with third parties as necessary for fulfilment of the prize. By entering, you agree to this use of your data. - Data Removal
If a participant requests their data be deleted before the draw is complete, their entry will be void and they will no longer be eligible to win. - Publicity
By entering, winners agree to the reasonable use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes, including announcements on Worx UK social media. - Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. - Contact
