Worx UK Rewards Loyalty Program 2025

Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for our Worx UK Rewards Loyalty Program (“Program”).

These Terms are between you and POSITEC UK & Ireland Ltd only, and govern your and our LRP respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the uk.worx.com website and these Terms are also governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions. Please read these Terms carefully.

 1. Eligibility and Overview

1.1. The Worx UK Rewards Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Positec UK & Ireland Ltd (“Positec”,”Worx” “we,” “our” or “us”).  The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one reward per individual.  Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program.  Individuals who are residents in the United Kingdom (excluding its territories and possessions) and at least over the age of 18 years or older, who made a purchase in the last 12 months and who provide and maintain a valid newsletter subscription and marketing consent at the moment of the draw are eligible to receive the reward.  Employees of the Positec Group and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are not eligible for the reward.

1.2 By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.  If you do not agree to these Program Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our website Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Program.

All Loyalty Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice.

 2. Program Participation

2.1 Each month Positec UK & Ireland will select one lucky winner from among all newsletter subscribers who have made at least one purchase during the past 12 months. The selected person will be contacted and offered a product from the Worx range as a free gift to thank them for their loyalty and trust over time.

2.2 The choice of the product to be offered will be decided independently by Positec UK & Ireland, depending on availability and usability in combination with what the customer has already purchased.The lucky customer selected will be contacted by Positec UK & Ireland in advance, and may refuse the gift or agree on the best way to deliver and use it. No further action is required on the part of the selected customer.

2.3 The use of the gifted product, as well as the customer’s experience with the Worx brand, will be requested privately and not disclosed unless the customer gives explicit permission to do so.

2.4 Upon receipt of the prize, it is the winners responsibility to check that the item is complete and in full working order within 30 days. The claimant will be asked to provide proof of any damage and may be asked to return the gift. If notified within this period, the Promoter will make arrangements for a replacement gift.

2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant drawn as a winner and to select an alternative winner at random, in circumstances where the Participant cannot be contacted or has not acknowledged the Promoter’s notification that the Participant is a draw winner within 7 days from such notification or where the Participant fails to comply with any provisions of these Terms.

2.6 The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives. The prize shall also be subject to any terms and conditions and/or any restrictions imposed by Worx.

2.7 The Promoter reserves the right to delay the awarding of the prize due to manufacturing or distribution issues that may render the prize temporarily unavailable. If the prize is no longer available, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

2.8 The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Draw and/or the prize where circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control arise (including any acts or omissions from any third parties) which would prevent the Promoter from being able to deliver the Prize.

2.9 Promoter may to the extent that is reasonably necessary vary or amend the promotion and/or the number and type of prizes available (for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value) and the Participant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

2.10 Any personal information provided by Participants will be used for the sole purpose of conducting the prize draw and will only be shared with third parties where necessary to arrange delivery of prizes.

2.11 If a Participant requests that their personal data be deleted before the Prize Draw is completed, the Participants entry into the Prize Draw is deemed to be terminated as well. In that case, the Participant is no longer eligible for a prize.

2.12 The Prize Draw winners give consent and agree to take part in publicity for the promotion, as reasonably requested by the Promoter, including the prize winner being announced on the WORX UK email campaigns and social media pages.

2.13 The decision of the Promoter is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to this Prize Draw and may not be subject to any discussions or correspondence.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
