Our transactions are carried out by Calicantus srl on behalf of POSITEC® UK AND IRELAND Ltd.
What payment options do you offer?

Why does my Discount Code not work?
Discount codes are valid only on full-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, additional coupon codes, sale items or products in the accessories category.

Delivery
Do you offer free postage?
We offer free delivery on all our products, except orders to the following postcodes, where a £9.99 delivery fee will be added at checkout – PH, IV, KW, BT, IM, KA, PA, ZE
How can I track my delivery?
You can track your delivery by entering your tracking number into the courier website. If you require any assistance with tracking or delivery updates, please contact our customer service team
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
We do ship to Northern Ireland. Please allow up to 2 extra working days for your order to arrive to these addresses
Is there anywhere you don’t ship to?
Currently we don’t offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
When you get notified via email, that your order is shipped, it will arrive within 48 hours. If you provide your mobile number when you place your order, the courier will text you with your tracking number.
What if I order a WG743E.1, WG761E or a WG749E or my total order weight is over 30KG?
Due to the couriers weight limit for deliveries being 30kg, if you order any of the above products, or you order multiple items that total weight exceeds 30kg, we will be sending your order via a pallet service. We aim to still dispatch your order within the same time, however, please allow a few extra days for delivery in these cases.

How do I request a return?

How long do I have to return my product if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from the point of receiving your order, to return your product for a full refund. If you wish to do this, please contact our customer service team who will provide the return details
Do you offer free return postage?
Free return postage or collection, is only offered if the product is faulty. If you choose to return your product for any other reason, you will need to cover the postage costs.
My product is not working and is older than 30 days (but still within the 2/3-year warranty, what should I do?
Please contact our after sales team/technical team who will be able to advise further on the return
Can I exchange my item for something else?
If the item is faulty within the first 30 days, we can exchange it for a new version of the original item you ordered. If you change your mind and want a different model, you will need to return your order for a full refund, and then place a new order for the model you want
Registration
How do I register my product/s for the extended warranty?
Once you have received your order, you have 30 days to register your product for the extended warranty (3 years). To do this, you will need to fill out this form Worx Tool Registration.
Where is my serial number located?
Please note your serial number will start 202 and will be found on a black sticker on the body of your product.
