When Should You Order Christmas Presents from uk.worx.com?

To make sure your gifts arrive before 25th December, please place your order before 12 noon on Friday, 19th December.

What if I Order After 19th December?

Our store will be closed for the Christmas holidays from 19th December while we complete stock checks, year-end processing, and give our team a well-earned break.

You’re still welcome to place orders during this time — however, all orders made after 19th December will be processed when we reopen on 2nd January.

We’ll keep an eye on emails periodically, but response times may be slower than usual. Please note that Live Chat and Telephone Support will be unavailable throughout the holiday closure.

How Can I Track My Order?
