When to order Christmas presents on the uk.worx.com Online Store?
To ensure you’ll receive your purchases before 25th December, we strongly recommend you place your orders before noon on 18th December.

If I order after 18th December, will I receive delivery before Christmas?
Any orders placed after December 18th, 2024, will be processed, but please be aware that the deliveries will be delayed until January 3rd, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
If you wish to track your shipment, you can find the tracking number inside the confirmation message that the courier sends you when your package leaves our warehouse.

How can I return a gift?
The return can only be made by the person who finalised the purchase and must send the product back to our warehouse to receive a refund and within the return deadline.
